We are also delighted to offer you a range of lighting services which comprise energy-saving refurbishment, ultrasonic louvre cleaning and retrofits. Retrofits can include the replacement of obsolete control gear and light sources, such as an 8ft fluorescent strip light with a more efficient solution such as high frequency conversions. Where appropriate, we will include lighting controls as part of the installation, to promote the efficient regulation of the system.

Dalkia's Electrical Test and Inspection team can undertake periodic testing, appliance testing, fixed wire, emergency lighting functional testing, fire alarm functional testing, panel maintenance and hazardous area testing – the safety of your installation is our utmost priority.

The importance of maintaining your installation
We provide planned lighting maintenance schemes, which is the most economic way of maintaining your lighting portfolio – a little and often approach.
